Vikas Sharma, a seasoned professional with over 28 years of experience in business development, sales, and marketing, has joined Rancommunication Solutions Private Limited as the Global Head of IoT and Broadband.
In his new role, Sharma will lead global strategies and operations for IoT and broadband services, focusing on driving innovation and growth in the telecom and broadband sectors. His extensive background includes senior positions at Scopus International Pvt. Ltd., ADN Broadband Pvt. Ltd., and Weebo Networks Pvt. Ltd., where he managed major projects, partnerships, and sales initiatives.
Sharma’s experience spans a wide range of industries, including television channel distribution, ad sales, and ISP operations. Notably, he has held positions such as Executive Director at Lok Sabha TV (Parliament of India), Vice President at Digicable, Sr Vice President at Jain Hits, and General Manager at Total TV. His expertise in handling major MSOs, ISPs, and OTT bundle sales makes him a valuable asset to Rancommunication.
