Director RS Prasanna has announced the completion of filming for ‘Sitaare Zameen Par,’ starring Aamir Khan. On Saturday, Prasanna, known for ‘Shubh Mangal Saavdhan,’ shared the update on his Instagram Story with a photo of a cake featuring the film’s title and the caption, “It’s a wrap.”

In another Instagram Story, Prasanna praised Khan for his leadership and humility. “From watching ‘Lagaan’ on screen and picking up my jaw from the floor to standing next to, learning from, admiring, and working with THE Aamir Sir. God has been extremely kind and generous,” he wrote. Prasanna lauded Khan as a “terrific leader” and “protector,” highlighting his passion, humility, curiosity, and ability to empower those around him.

‘Sitaare Zameen Par,’ produced by Aamir Khan Productions, also stars Genelia Deshmukh. Prasanna described Deshmukh as “an absolute delight of a human” and a “treasure.”

This film marks Aamir Khan‘s return to the silver screen after 2022’s ‘Laal Singh Chaddha.’
