The advance booking for ‘Tiger 3’— Bhai jaan’s latest film with cameos from SRK and Hrithik Roshan — that was opened yesterday by production house Yash Raj Films (YRF) got tremendous response and breached the Rs. 2 crore mark by the end of the day.
The Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer, which debuts on Diwali, is directed by Maneesh Sharma and features Emraan Hashmi.
”The countdown has officially begun! 1 week to go for #Tiger3! In cinemas on Sunday, 12th Nov! Releasing in Hindi, Tamil & Telugu. Advance bookings open. Book your tickets NOW,” the YRF banner said in a X post, according to a PTI report.
Previously, the studio said shows of ‘Tiger 3’ will start from 7 am across India.
India TV, quoting Sacnilk website, reported that Salman Khan’s latest film opening advance bookings on November 5 worldwide was garnering unmatchable response.
Within hours of the opening, the advance booking gross of the film crossed Rs 1 crore mark as per Sacnilk data, India TV stated, adding ‘Tiger 3’ grossed over Rs 90 lakh for its 2D versions and the remaining from IMAX 2D and 4DX versions.
At the end of the day, the gross advance bookings stood at Rs. 2.11 crore, according to Sacnilk, a website whose managers say their “mission is to sort everything and get them at one place so that everyone can easily get whatever information they want”.
Meanwhile, Hindustan Times reported that ‘Tiger 3‘ promises to be bigger than ever before with special cameo appearances.
The film will also star Hrithik Roshan who will be reprising his iconic role of Kabir, as per Hindustan Times. Besides him, Shah Rukh Khan is also a part of ‘Tiger 3’ as Pathaan. Hrithik’s Kabir from the ‘War’ franchise will be joining Salman in the latest caper of the Tiger.
