Network18 launched a multi-media campaign to highlight its network strength on Thursday, August 24, as part of its campaign to assert its leadership claims based on viewership across news genres.
The network ran a full-page ad in all editions of The Economic Times to declare its industry leadership over competitors such as TV9 Network, Republic ARG Network, TV Today Network, ABP News Network, and Times News Network. The multimedia campaign is also available on digital platforms such as social media and trade media.

The campaign emphasizes Network18’s dominance across its portfolio of TV and digital brands, which includes the News18 and CNBC TV18 brands, as well as Firstpost, Moneycontrol, Forbes, and Overdrive.
The TV data compares Network18’s total reach to that of its key competitors. The ad shows that Network18 has a reach of 620 million, followed by TV9 Network, Republic ARG Network, and TV Today Network, which have a reach of 547 million, 398 million, and 383 million, respectively (Source: BARC | Market: India | TG: 2+ | Metric: Unduplicated cumulative reach | Period: Wk 19’23-31’23).

CNBC TV18 announced its 23-year leadership in the business news genre in separate campaigns, while CNN-News18 claimed year-long leadership in the English news genre.
