JioCinema has unveiled its star-studded expert panel for India’s upcoming Tour of West Indies, set to begin on July 12. The panel includes renowned cricket personalities such as Zaheer Khan, Ishant Sharma, Wasim Jaffer, Aakash Chopra, Saba Karim, and Abhinav Mukund. The experts will provide insightful analysis and commentary on JioCinema for free, marking the start of India’s 2023-25 World Test Championship cycle.
The bilateral tour will kick off with the first Test in Dominica on July 12, followed by the second Test in Trinidad on July 20. This series will also mark Ishant Sharma’s debut as an expert panelist. Sharma, who has played over 100 Tests, achieved his best bowling figures of 10/108 during India’s tour of West Indies in 2011. Another JioCinema expert, Abhinav Mukund, made his debut for India during the same tour. Additionally, Wasim Jaffer, known for his impressive score of 212 in St. John’s in 2006, will also make his debut for JioCinema.
The action-packed tour will continue with a three-match ODI series starting on July 27, to be played in Barbados and Trinidad. This will be followed by a five-match T20I competition, commencing in Trinidad on August 3, with two matches scheduled in Guyana and the final two fixtures held in Florida, USA.
JioCinema aims to provide an unprecedented viewing experience to fans by offering the limited-overs matches in 11 languages, including English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Bhojpuri, Bengali, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam. This marks the first time a limited-overs bilateral series will be presented in such a wide range of languages, allowing fans to enjoy the games in their preferred language.
