News 18 Punjab Haryana has announced the launch of a new intellectual property (IP) called The ‘Prominent Punjabi’, which will host a gathering of prominent Punjabi personalities from various fields.
The event is set to take place on May 18 in Chandigarh.
It will serve as a platform to honour and celebrate the achievements of individuals who have made exceptional contributions to their respective fields and communities.
The purpose of the event is to recognize the incredible talent and achievements of Punjabi icons such as artists, athletes, entrepreneurs, social activists, and leaders, among others. It will allow them to highlight their inspiring journeys, share their success stories, and discuss the obstacles they overcame on their way to success.
The channel hopes to create a positive and empowering environment that encourages and motivates the people of Punjab through the ‘The Prominent Punjabi’ conclave.
Padma Shri Awardee Dr. Rattan Singh Jaggi, legendary singer and MP Mohammad Sadiq, former cricketer Yograj Singh, renowned singer Mannat Noor, former Indian men’s hockey team captain Rajpal Singh, actor and writer Prince Kanwaljit Singh, writer Ninder Ghugianvi, and Dr. Zora Singh, who has rewritten the narrative of success in Punjab’s education and healthcare sectors, and many more such luminaries will attend the event.
