Apple has announced the expansion of its online Apple Store in Vietnam, allowing customers to shop directly with Apple and receive service.
“With today’s expansion, we’re proud to offer customers an incredible new way to discover and shop for our amazing products and services, connect with our knowledgeable team members, and experience the best of Apple,” Apple’s senior vice president of Retail, Deirdre O’Brien, said in a statement.
Customers can discover and shop the iPhone 14 line-up, which includes incredible camera capabilities, incredible battery life, and a ground-breaking suite of health and safety features, via the Apple Store online and the Apple Store app.
Customers can also contact Apple’s team of experts for assistance in determining the best device for them, according to the company.
Furthermore, with the help of online experts, customers can now take advantage of Apple’s many retail services, such as Apple Trade In, safe data transfer, and switching to iOS, making it simple for customers to safely and securely migrate their data from an old device, IANS reported from New Delhi.
In the meantime, Apple CEO Tim Cook has opened the company’s first retail store in Mumbai and a second in Delhi.
He greeted customers at Apple BKC, located at the Jio World Drive Mall in Mumbai’s bustling Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) financial, arts, and entertainment district.
