Senior television journalist Neha Khanna has joined News 9, India’s first fully integrated English news brand across all digital media.
According to LinkedIn, Khanna, as Deputy Editor and Senior Anchor, will host several of the platform’s programming in addition to serving on the core editorial team.
Khanna was previously Executive Producer and Senior Anchor with WION where she anchored numerous prime-time programs including the 8 pm show Fineprint, the 10 pm show Pulse, and a weekly in-depth show dubbed ‘Inside South Asia’.
Khanna has covered the most important national and international issues and interviewed leading Indian and worldwide newsmakers over the years.
Khanna began her career with NDTV, where she worked for 13 years in various editorial jobs such as reporter, editor, and prime-time anchor. She has covered legal, social, economic, political, electoral, foreign policy, health, gender, and human rights issues.
