Colors Tamil, Viacom18’s Tamil Entertainment channel, is set to telecast the world TV premiere of ‘Bhaskar the Rascal’ on Sunday, January 8, 2023, to kick off the year on a high note.

Mammootty and Nayanthara star as the leads in the action-comedy film.

‘Bhaskar the Rascal’ will telecast with special partners “Pongal Listla Gold winner Kandippa Irrukanum” on Sunday, January 8th, 2023 at 2:00 pm. Tune in to Colors Tamil to see two young children’s quest for a complete family.

Written and directed by Siddique, the film features Actor Sanoop Santhosh Actor J. D. Chakravarthy, Actor Isha Talwar, and Actor Anikha Surendran as the supporting cast.

Bhaskar (Mammootty), despite being a successful businessman, is a widower, has harsh manners, and is prone to picking fights. Shivani (Anikha) and his son, Aadi (Sanoop Santhosh), are best friends. Shivani’s widowed mother Hima is also a favorite of Aadi (Nayanthara).

The children want the two to marry because Shivani admires Bhaskar’s bravery. Although personality conflicts are already a hindrance, all hell breaks loose when a vengeful enemy reveals Hima’s mysterious past.
