Nayanthara’s upcoming film ‘Connect,’ in Hindi, will be released in theaters on December 29.
The Hindi version will be released a week after the Tamil horror thriller, which will be released on December 22.
Rowdy Pictures, the film’s producer, announced the news on Twitter. “We’re thrilled and honored to be working with the prestigious @AAFilmsIndia on the Hindi release of #Connect,” the post said.
The company also shared a teaser video, revealing that the Hindi version will be released on December 29, according to PTI.
‘Connect’ is directed by Ashwin Saravanan, who previously worked with Nayanthara on the 2015 film Maya. Vignesh Shivan, a filmmaker, produced the project.
During the pandemic-induced lockdown, a single mother begins to notice strange changes in her daughter’s behavior.
The cast also includes Sathyaraj, Anupam Kher, and Vinay Rai. The story is written by Saravanan and his wife Kaavya Ramkumar, marking their second collaboration after Taapsee Pannu-starrer ‘Game Over’, which came out in 2019.
