Star Vijay is all set to premiere season 9 of its flagship show ‘Super Singer’ on Saturday, November 19 at 6.30 pm, and thereafter will air every Saturday and Sunday at the same time.
The show begins with a mega musical battle with auditioned top 20 contestants of this season.
Each contestant is ranked as per her/his performance and the top scorer will be given a seat in the ‘Super 5 zone’.
Position in the super 5 zone keeps changing based on their performance week on week. Similarly, the super 5 zones will become super 3 zones once the number of contestants reduces.
Hence this season with unique and challenging rounds will be a treat to musical fans.
The top five finalists fight it out for the one coveted title ‘Super Singer’ based on the judge’s marks and audience votes.
The panel of judges for this season will be Anuradha Sriram, Unnikrishnan, Benny Dayal, and Swetha Mohan.
The show will be hosted by none other than Priyanka Deshpande and Ma Ka Pa Anand.
