As a part of the campaign, the channel launched a user-generated contest titled #5YearsOfLife on Instagram giving people a chance to share how they have added meaning to someone’s life via reels using the brand audio.
Sony BBC Earth is home to some of the biggest titles such as ‘Planet Earth’, ‘Dynasties’, ‘Blue Planet 2’, ‘Serengeti’, and many more iconic series.
It has a diverse content library with genres ranging from Nature and Wildlife, Science, Adventure and Exploration, Engineering and Manufacturing, Fishing, People and culture, Health and Fitness, India and Space, making the brand relatable for everyone.
The brand has also created multiple platforms that engage with nature lovers and quench their thirst to know more. Their school-connect program ‘Feel alive hours’ fuels curiosity and passion about the planet via educational sessions and ‘Young Earth Champions’ encourages students to share their innovative ideas for sustainable living. Earth Champions recognizes people doing exceptional work in the field of sustainability and brings forth their stories to inspire others, the channel said in a statement.
