Star TV Network vice president, pricing, and customer intelligence, Parita Razdan has resigned from her post and joined Disney+Hotstar as head of growth strategy and ops.
The news was shared by Parita on her LinkedIn profile, where she shared the position of head of growth strategy and ops.
Parita also wrote in her LinkedIn post, “Happy to share that I’m starting a new role as Head of Growth Strategy and ops at Disney+Hotstar which is at the next inflection point in it’s growth journey. After spending last 3 years on ad sales and monetization strategies which gave me a deep understanding of the advertising customer, I look forward to working on the consumer business and delighting the consumers.”
Parita has 18+years of collective experience in healthcare, technology, translating business problems to analytical problems and the media & entertainment industry.
Prior to that, in March 2015 Parita was the associate vice president, corporate strategy and data sciences in Viacom18, and in April 2017 she will be the vice president, head of corporate analytics and data sciences.
She also spent eight years in ZS Associate as a consultant and had a three-year stint at BizInsights.
Parita has completed her Master’s in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University and her Bachelor’s in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Gujrat University.
