The India Today Conclave Mumbai 2026 is set to bring together prominent voices from politics, business, technology, cinema, sport, science and culture for two days of conversations around India’s next phase of growth.
Scheduled for October 9 and 10 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Mumbai, the Conclave will be centred on the theme ‘Gateway to Growth’.
According to the India Today Conclave programme, the event will examine the forces reshaping India’s economic, political and social landscape, with sessions covering Maharashtra’s political landscape, economic growth, technology, defence, healthcare, agriculture, tourism, entertainment and emerging areas of innovation.
The programme will also look at how changing consumer aspirations, new industries and next-generation technologies could influence India’s growth trajectory.
The conclave will feature political voices from across the spectrum, including Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Aaditya Thackeray, Supriya Sule, Amol Kolhe, Sachin Pilot, Pradeep Bhandari and Ujjwal Nikam.
Sessions will examine Maharashtra’s political landscape, the priorities of young India, governance and different approaches to public policy.
Technology and innovation will form another major part of the programme. Discussions will explore areas including AI, smart agriculture, IoT, hydroponics, drones, robotics and space technology.
Suyash Singh, Founder and CEO of GalaxEye, and Aakash Sinha, Founder Director and CEO of Omnipresent Robot Technologies, are among the speakers scheduled for discussions around new space and technology applications.
Sanket Mehta and Ganesh Nikam of Nutrifresh Farms will discuss the use of AI, IoT and hydroponics in agriculture.
The conclave will also examine India’s economic roadmap, including growth, jobs and investment. Sajjid Z. Chinoy, Madan Sabnavis, Ajit Ranade and Shishir Priyadarshi are among the speakers scheduled to discuss the country’s economic outlook and the factors that could shape its next phase of development.
Geopolitics, defence and strategic security will feature prominently as well. The programme includes sessions on India’s maritime security, trade lifelines, defence technology and the changing nature of warfare.
Vice Admiral Sanjay Vatsayan, Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Western Naval Command, Shyam Jagannathan, Director General of Shipping, Dr V.K. Saraswat of NITI Aayog, Dr Manjit Singh of Solar Defence & Aerospace and Vivek Mishra of Raphe mPhibr are among those scheduled to participate.
The cultural and entertainment line-up will bring together filmmakers, actors and creative professionals.
Subhash Ghai and Meghna Ghai Puri will discuss how AI and OTT are changing the rules of storytelling, while Ali Fazal and Divyenndu Sharma are among the actors featured in sessions around the evolving entertainment landscape. Sharvari is also scheduled to discuss her breakout year and journey in the industry.
One of the key sessions on the second day will feature actor and producer Rajkummar Rao, Rajya Sabha MP and senior lawyer Ujjwal Nikam, and filmmaker Dinesh Vijan.
The conclave will also spotlight younger voices working across technology, entrepreneurship and culture. The programme features Prathamesh Sinha, a National Awardee and former ‘Shark Tank India’ participant, as well as Rishi Shiv Prasanna, described by India Today as an eight-year-old prodigy and National Child Award winner.
Bryony Cole, an expert on emotional AI, synthetic intimacy and human connection, will discuss the intersection of artificial intelligence and human relationships.
Other discussions will focus on healthcare and longevity, including debates around GLP-1 medicines, while tourism and hospitality will be examined through sessions featuring Puneet Chhatwal, Managing Director and CEO of Indian Hotels Company, and Irina Sharma of VIVAMAYR Medical Health Resort Austria.
The programme will also cover food safety, education, jobs, Mumbai’s transformation, environmental concerns and the future of agriculture.
