Mobile game ‘Clash of Clans’ has teamed up with WWE for a second collaboration, bringing WWE Superstars into the game and launching a special hunt for John Cena’s in-game village.
According to a Clash of Clans press release today, WWE Superstar Cody Rhodes has invited ‘Clash of Clans’ players around the world to find and raid Cena’s base. The hunt will run from September 1 to September 30.
Players who successfully locate and raid Cena’s village can earn a one-time-only Cody Rhodes statue for their in-game village.
Rhodes has also brought other WWE Superstars into the search, including The Undertaker and IYO SKY, who will encourage their fans to take part in the hunt.
The collaboration also features six WWE Superstars as ‘Clash of Clans’ Hero characters. The lineup includes Cody Rhodes as the Barbarian King, Alexa Bliss as the Archer Queen, The Undertaker as the Grand Warden, IYO SKY as the Royal Champion, Jey Uso as the Minion Prince and Kane as the Dragon Duke.
The event will also include WWE-themed features, temporary troops, a WWE Money in the Bank inspired village theme and special rewards through WWE chests. Players can also get a Cody Rhodes skin and other in-game rewards.
