Network18 has appointed Group General Counsel Kshipra Jatana as its representative on the board of the News Broadcasters & Digital Association (NBDA), replacing Managing Director Rahul Joshi.
According to a News18 press note , Jatana currently leads legal, policy and regulatory affairs at Network18 and handles regulatory matters across the group’s businesses and joint ventures. She will represent the company’s interests on the NBDA board.
With years of experience in media, legal and policy matters, Jatana has previously worked as General Counsel and Head of M&A at MIH India. She has also held roles at Star TV and law firm AZB & Partners.
Rahul Joshi joined Network18 in 2015 and has played a key role in expanding the company’s news and digital businesses, including CNBC-TV18, CNN-News18, News18 India, Moneycontrol and Firstpost.
