The Esports Foundation and adidas have announced a major partnership for the inaugural Esports Nations Cup 2026. Under the deal, adidas will become the official Kit Partner and Global Partner of the tournament.
According to an Esports Foundation press release today, more than 100 countries and territories participating in ENC 2026 will receive custom-designed adidas national jerseys and tracksuits.
The event will involve more than 2,000 athletes and coaches competing across 16 of the world’s biggest esports titles.
The first edition of the Esports Nations Cup will begin on November 2, 2026, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The national team jerseys will be revealed in the coming weeks.
The partnership aims to strengthen the connection between esports and traditional sports by giving players the opportunity to represent their countries with official national team kits.
Mohammed Al Nimer, Chief Commercial Officer at Esports Foundation, said the partnership with adidas will help create stronger connections between players, fans and national teams.
Phillip Waller, SVP Brand Development at adidas, said the company’s experience in global sports will help bring the importance of identity and competition into esports on a worldwide scale.
The Esports Nations Cup is designed to introduce nation based competition to the esports industry, allowing countries and territories to build teams, develop talent pathways and compete on a global stage.
The Esports Foundation has established the global structure for ENC 2026 through the appointment of National Team Partners, managers and more than 700 national team coaches across 100 countries and territories to support player selection and team development.
