News18 Network, in partnership with HDFC Bank, has announced the launch of regional editions of its flagship ‘Rising Bharat Summit’ ahead of the main event in 2027.

According to a News18 press release from Bengaluru,the first regional edition will be held in Bengaluru on July 24, 2026, focusing on the theme ‘Enterprise Nation’ and highlighting the role of innovation, entrepreneurship, technology and infrastructure in India’s growth story.

The regional summits will be organised across four regions — South, North, East and West — to showcase the unique strengths and contributions of different parts of the country towards India’s economic development.

The Bengaluru edition will bring together leaders from politics, business, technology, healthcare, sports and entertainment, including Karnataka Chief Minister D. K. Shivakumar, Biocon Group Executive Chairperson Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw, Narayana Health Founder Dr. Devi Prasad Shetty, Apollo Hospitals Executive Vice Chairperson Dr. Preetha Reddy, badminton player Saina Nehwal and actress Rakul Preet, among others.

The summit will feature discussions on key sectors and explore how collaboration between governments, businesses and emerging enterprises can create new opportunities for sustainable growth.

HDFC Bank’s Chief Marketing Officer Ravi Santhanam said the partnership will highlight the contribution of MSMEs, entrepreneurs and digital-first businesses in driving India’s economic growth.

The four regional editions will eventually lead up to the main ‘Rising Bharat Summit 2027’, bringing together conversations on India’s future growth and development.
