Apple has increased the prices of its Apple Music and Apple One subscription plans in India. The revised rates are now live on Apple’s official website and apply to Individual, Family and Student plans.

According to an Apple statement, the company has raised the monthly subscription prices of Apple Music in India, with the Individual plan now costing Rs.139 per month, up from Rs.119 earlier. The Family plan has increased to Rs.229 per month from Rs.179, while the Student plan is now priced at Rs.69 per month, compared to Rs.59 previously.

The updated prices are applicable immediately for new subscribers, while existing users will be notified about the changes.The company has also revised the pricing of its Apple One subscription bundles, which combine services such as Apple Music, Apple TV , Apple Arcade and iCloud plus under a single plan.

The Apple One Individual plan now costs Rs.195 per month, while the Family plan is priced at Rs.365 per month.Despite the price hike, Apple Music users will continue to receive the same benefits, including access to over 100 million songs, ad-free streaming, offline downloads, Lossless Audio, Spatial Audio with Dolby Atmos, Apple Music Classical and personalised recommendations across supported devices.
Apple has not introduced any new features with the revised pricing.

The company’s latest subscription update comes amid increasing costs in the streaming industry, including higher content and music licensing expenses.
