Zee Telugu is set to launch its latest family drama, ‘Kalavaari Kodalu Kanakamahalakshmi’, on August 5, expanding its slate of compelling programming. This new show will air every Monday to Saturday at 3 pm.

Following the success of recent hits like ‘Meghasandhesam’, ‘Jagadhathri’, ‘Nindu Noorella Saavasam’, and ‘Maa Annayya’, Zee Telugu continues to captivate audiences with its diverse and engaging storytelling. The channel’s reputation for high-quality content and innovative themes has solidified its position as a leader in Telugu entertainment, the channel said in a press release.

‘Kalavaari Kodalu Kanakamahalakshmi’ revolves around Kanakamahalakshmi, a young woman who aims to fulfill her father’s wishes after completing her degree. Her life takes a dramatic turn when she becomes embroiled in a malicious scheme, leading to an unexpected marriage with Vishnu Vihari, who has also faced significant betrayal.

The show explores themes of love, marriage, and destiny, promising a rich narrative filled with emotional twists. Priya, Jai Dhanush, and Yuktha Malnad headline the cast, with Priya taking on a significant role and Jai Dhanush portraying Vishnu Vihari. Yuktha Malnad, known for her role in Vaidehi Parinayam, returns as Kanakamahalakshmi, while Vishwa Mohan plays her father.

With the debut of ‘Kalavaari Kodalu Kanakamahalakshmi’, Zee Telugu’s popular show ‘Suryakantham’ will shift to a new time slot at 3.30 pm.
