Shahid Kapoor’s Kaminey track ‘Dhan Te Nan’ was a chartbuster at the time. Aasmaan Bhardwaj is set to release a remix of ‘Dhan Te Nan’s ‘Kuttey’ version.

Following the release of ‘Kuttey’s first track, ‘Awaara Dogs,’ the creators will release a new version of ‘Dhan Te Nan this week.

The trailer, directed by Vishal Bhardwaj’s son Aasmaan Bhardwaj, features seven grey-shaded characters.

The cast includes Arjun Kapoor, Naseeruddin Shah, Konkona Sen Sharma, Tabu, Kumud Mishra, and Radhika Madan.

“It was a fulfilling experience for me to play a cop in ‘Kuttey,’ because to be a law-abiding person and to try and operate outside the law was an interesting dichotomy to have to play a corrupt official,” Arjun said of his cop character. It was thrilling to put on the uniform, put on the cap, salute, and look and feel the part.”

‘Kuttey’ is produced by Luv Ranjan, Vishal Bhardwaj, Ankur Garg, and Rekha Bhardwaj through Luv Films and Vishal Bhardwaj Films, and presented by Gulshan Kumar and Bhushan Kumar through T-Series. Vishal Bhardwaj will compose the music for the film, with lyrics written by Gulzar. ‘Kuttey’ will be released in theaters on January 13, 2023.
