Superstar Salman Khan and filmmaker Sajid Nadiadwala officially announced the much-anticipated sequel to their 2014 blockbuster ‘Kick’ yesterday. The duo is currently working on ‘Sikandar’, directed by A.R. Murugadoss and produced by Nadiadwala’s production banner, Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment.
The studio, according to a PTI report from Mumbai, shared the news of ‘Kick 2’ on Instagram with a photo of Khan from the sets of ‘Sikandar’. The post featured the caption: “It was a great Kick 2 photo shoot Sikandar….!!! From Grand Sajid Nadiadwala @beingsalmankhan @wardakhannadiadwala #Kick2 #Sikandar.”

In ‘Sikandar’, Salman will reprise the titular role, with the film set for release in theatres on Eid 2025. The cast also includes Rashmika Mandanna, Sathyaraj, Prateik Babbar and Kajal Aggarwal.
