Popular Telugu actor Ravi Teja revealed the exciting news to his fans on Sunday, announcing his next cinematic outing titled ‘Mr Bachchan.’
Paying homage to his idol, Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan, Ravi Teja shared that the film, directed by Harish Shankar, is set to captivate audiences with its tagline ‘Naam Tho Suna Hoga’ in Telugu cinema, PTI reported.
Partnering with Bhagyashri Borse, ‘Mr Bachchan’ is a collaborative venture between People Media Factory, Panorama Studios, and T-Series. Ravi Teja made the grand reveal via his official social media platform.
The first look of the film offered a tantalizing glimpse into the project, showcasing Ravi Teja sporting a distinctive look – riding a scooter donning shades, reminiscent of Bachchan’s iconic 1970s style.
The poster featured a striking silhouette of Bachchan’s visage and a bustling crowd gathered outside ‘Natraj,’ an evocative cinema hall, serving as the backdrop.
This film marks the third collaboration between Ravi Teja and director Harish Shankar, following their prior works in ‘Shock’ (2006) and ‘Mirapakay’ (2011). Ravi Teja’s recent cinematic ventures include ‘Tiger Nageswara Rao,’ a period-action thriller centered around a notorious thief. Additionally, the actor eagerly anticipates the release of ‘Eagle,’ helmed by Karthik Ghattamaneni.
‘Mr Bachchan’ is poised to intrigue audiences with its homage to the legendary Amitabh Bachchan while promising an exciting cinematic experience through this latest collaboration between Ravi Teja and Harish Shankar.
