News18 Bangla recently held its Leadership Conclave 2023 in Kolkata, honouring the brightest minds in the industrial business sector.
The ceremony, held on January 13, included an extensive panel discussion in addition to the recognition of outstanding entrepreneurs, business leaders, professionals and organizations.
The following topics were discussed: ‘one is born as a leader, not trained to be one’, ‘West Bengal and its capacity to provide leadership to India as a nation’, ‘one who is resilient and perseveres in the face of adversity’, and ‘how economic development must be supported by cultural development’, the channel said in a statement.
Shashi Panja, Minister of Industry, Commerce and Enterprise, Government of West Bengal was the chief guest of the event. Other delegates include Santanu Sen, MP (Rajya Sabha); Jyoti Priya Mallik, Minister-in-Charge, Non-Conventional, and Renewable Energy Sources, Government of West Bengal; Achyut Chandra, Chairman, MSME, Bharat Chamber of Commerce; Ajitabha Roy Chowdhury, Economist; Tanmoy Banerjee, Committee and Co-Chairperson, Sports and Skills Committee, The Bengal Chamber of Commerce; Sanjay Budhia, Managing Director, Patton Group; Ram Naresh Singh, Chairman, Damodar Valley Corporation, Government of India; and Satyam Roychowdhury, Co-Founder and Managing Director, of Techno India Group.
