Filmmaker Milap Zaveri is set to return to the big screen with his upcoming romantic drama ‘Tera Yaar Hoon Main’, which has been locked for a theatrical release on May 22, 2026.
The film marks another addition to Zaveri’s portfolio of commercial romantic entertainers and is expected to offer a music-driven narrative centred on love, friendship and emotional conflict.
According to a UNI report, the announcement comes after the success of ‘Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat’, further strengthening Zaveri’s presence in the commercial romantic drama space.
The upcoming project aims to present a visually rich and emotionally engaging storyline, with the recently released announcement video hinting at a romance filled with affection, heartbreak and enduring bonds.
The film introduces Aman Indra Kumar in his feature film debut, starring opposite Akanksha Sharma. Veteran actor Paresh Rawal also features in a pivotal role, adding depth to the ensemble cast.
Presented by Ajay Murdia in association with Mumbai Films, BIK Productions and Enter10 Television, the project is produced by Bina Indra Kumar, Ajay Murdia and Manish Singhal, with Sharad Khanna serving as co-producer. The film is backed by Camera Take Films production.
With its blend of romance, music and emotional storytelling, ‘Tera Yaar Hoon Main’ is positioned as a mainstream theatrical offering, and its release later this year is expected to draw attention from audiences seeking a classic love story on the big screen.
