In an exciting musical event held at Jadavpur Bagha Jatin High School, Dev Entertainment Ventures unveiled the title song, ‘Jago Re Bagha’, for their highly anticipated Durga Puja Mega Release, ‘Bagha Jatin.’

The music launch was graced by superstar Dev and the song’s composer, Nilayan Chatterjee, UNI reported from Kolkatta.

The song, ‘Jago Re Bagha,’ serves as a musical tribute to the great hero of India, Bagha Jatin. It aims to immortalize Bagha Jatin’s sacrifices and valor, ensuring that his legacy lives on.

Dev, who portrays the title role in the movie ‘Bagha Jatin,’ expressed gratitude to Jadavpur Bagha Jatin High School for hosting the event and encouraged listeners from all corners of the country to embrace the song and celebrate the indomitable spirit of Shri Jatindranath Mukherjee.

This evocative song beautifully captures the essence of Bagha Jatin’s extraordinary courage, unwavering commitment, and the sacrifices he made in pursuit of an Independent India. It is expected to inspire future generations and serve as a reminder of the sacrifices made by other freedom fighters in the quest for a free nation.

The song launch ceremony was held at the historic Jadavpur Bagha Jatin High School, an institution named in honor of the freedom fighter. The students in attendance had the privilege of being the first audience to experience this moving tribute, connecting them with India’s rich heritage and educating them about the heroic contributions of other significant figures associated with the freedom movement.

‘Jago Re Bagha’ is sung by Iman Chakraborty and Snigdhajit Bhowmik, whose rendition brings depth and resonance to the lyrics. The music for the song is composed by Nilayan Chatterjee. It will soon be available on all major music streaming platforms.

‘Bagha Jatin’ is scheduled to premiere in single screens and multiplexes across Bengal on October 19, with a nationwide Hindi release on October 20, promising an engaging cinematic experience that pays homage to the legendary Bagha Jatin.
