BIG FM, one of India’s leading radio networks, hosted the third edition of Dream Makers – Realty Conclave & Awards 2025 in Mumbai, bringing together some of the most influential voices from the city’s real estate ecosystem. Held at Sofitel, Mumbai, the event combined thought-provoking discussions with an awards ceremony that recognised leadership, innovation and excellence across the sector.
According to a press release issued by BIG FM, the conclave was designed as a platform for dialogue and reflection on the evolving real estate landscape of Mumbai and the wider MMR region. The evening saw participation from developers, industry leaders, financial experts and stakeholders who are shaping how the city lives, works and grows.
The conclave opened with a keynote address by S. S. Murty, General Manager – MSME, Central Bank of India, who highlighted the critical role played by financial institutions in enabling sustainable and long-term growth in real estate. His address set the tone for discussions around responsible development and the importance of structured financial support for the sector.
The first panel discussion, titled ‘Residential Realty and its Growth in MMR’, was moderated by RJ Dilip of BIG FM. The panel featured Atul Razdan, Chief Marketing & Product Officer, BIG FM; Rajeeb Dash from Adani Realty; Deepesh Nirupam of Aspect Realty; and Sujit Singh from Raymond Realty. The session explored market trends, evolving consumer expectations and the key drivers fuelling growth in the residential segment. The discussion concluded with a felicitation of the moderator, panelists and participating stakeholders.
This was followed by the second panel discussion on ‘The Future of Real Estate in MMR’, moderated by RJ Rani Jha, BIG FM. The panel brought together Nirdarshana Gowani of the Gowani Group, Dhaval Sanghavi of Veena Developers and Vikas Jain from Labdhi Group. The speakers shared forward-looking perspectives on infrastructure development, urban planning and innovation, offering insights into how Mumbai’s real estate landscape is expected to evolve in the coming years.
The evening then transitioned into the Dream Makers Awards ceremony, which celebrates organisations and individuals contributing to the growth of India’s real estate sector. The ceremonial lamp lighting was led by Nirdarshana Gowani, along with actor Mugdha Godse and Atul Razdan, marking the formal commencement of the awards. Mugdha Godse graced the occasion and added a touch of glamour to the event, also engaging in an on-stage conversation with RJ Dilip where she applauded the award winners for their role in building modern and sustainable cities.
Awards were presented across residential, commercial, construction and allied real estate categories, followed by a felicitation of the event sponsors who supported the initiative.
Speaking at the event, Ashit Kukian, CEO, BIG FM, said that Dream Makers 2025 is an effort to recognise those who are steadily shaping the foundation of Indian cities. He noted that real estate plays a vital role in economic growth and urban development, and the platform aims to celebrate leaders who are creating meaningful and lasting impact while encouraging dialogue and positive change.
