In a stellar opening day performances, Bollywood actress Yami Gautam’s film ‘Article 370‘ and action star Vidyut Jammwal’s ‘Crakk: Jeetega Toh Jiyegaa!’ have made significant strides at the box office.
According to IANS, ‘Article 370’, directed by Aditya Suhas Jambhale, has raked in an impressive Rs 5.75 crore nett in India on its first day.
The film has Gautam in the role of an intelligence officer and revolves around the politically charged abrogation of Article 370, which revoked the special status granted to Jammu and Kashmir.
Simultaneously, ‘Crakk‘, directed by Aditya Datt, has notched up Rs 4 crore nett in India on its opening day, as per trade website reports.
The high-octane sports thriller stars Vidyut Jammwal alongside Nora Fatehi, Amy Jackson, and Arjun Rampal. It narrates the compelling journey of a man from the slums of Mumbai to the world of extreme underground sports.
