Bollywood star Aamir Khan is all set to introduce a fresh batch of talent in his upcoming film ‘Sitaare Zameen Par’, which will feature ten new faces in pivotal roles. The actor-producer on Sunday revealed the first official poster of the film, giving fans a glimpse of what promises to be an emotional and uplifting cinematic journey.
According to a PTI report, ‘Sitaare Zameen Par’ is described as a heart-warming sports drama that will spotlight the stories of children with special needs, much like Khan’s 2007 directorial ‘Taare Zameen Par’, but with a more uplifting and inspiring tone. The film is said to focus on inclusivity, hope, and the celebration of untapped potential.
Revealing the poster, Khan said, “This film is extremely close to my heart. With ‘Sitaare Zameen Par’, we’re not only telling an important story but also giving a platform to ten new actors who bring incredible energy and sincerity to the screen.” The poster features a star-studded sky with the silhouette of a group of children standing triumphantly, with the tagline “Stars will shine brighter this Christmas.”
Directed by RS Prasanna, the film is slated for release in December 2025 and marks Aamir’s return to the big screen following ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’. The film’s theme revolves around a sports competition that brings together children from various backgrounds, emphasizing empathy and determination.
Produced under the banner of Aamir Khan Productions, the film is expected to strike a chord with family audiences.
