Essel Group Chairman and mentor Subhash Chandra has announced the launch of a new public engagement platform, Sach.org.in, as the conglomerate prepares to mark 100 years of its journey. Reflecting on the milestone, Chandra described the occasion as an emotional moment, recalling the values, struggles and lessons that have shaped the group’s growth across generations.
In a recent LinkedIn post update, Chandra shared his thoughts on the legacy of Essel Group and the importance of staying connected with people. As the company enters a new phase, he said the centenary milestone prompted him to look back on the principles that guided its evolution and the individuals who influenced his thinking over the years.
Chandra paid tribute to his grandfather, recalling his belief that meaningful growth can only be achieved when it remains closely connected to people, their emotions, concerns and realities. He noted that this philosophy continues to influence him even today and has reinforced his belief that listening remains one of the most valuable ways to learn and evolve.
With that spirit, Chandra announced the launch of Sach.org.in, a platform through which people can directly ask him questions on a wide range of topics, including life, business, leadership, failures, relationships, purpose and society. He described the initiative as an attempt to encourage honest and meaningful conversations on subjects that matter to people.
Acknowledging that he may not have answers to every question, Chandra said he is committed to responding with sincerity, honesty and thoughtful reflection. According to him, the platform is not merely a website but a space designed to foster deeper dialogue at a time when meaningful understanding is often overshadowed by noise and distraction.
Looking ahead, Chandra expressed hope that the initiative would become a bridge between generations, experiences and ideas. As Essel Group embarks on its next chapter, he said the platform aims to strengthen human connections and create opportunities for genuine conversations that can inspire learning, understanding and personal growth.
