American tech company Apple announced the new health feature on the upcoming iOS 15 release called ‘Walking Steadiness’, adding with the secure sharing features for the loved ones and the ability to see the insights into the personal health data as well.
With this feature, the device will be running on iOS 15 later this year, where users will be able to privately share the health data with a trusted person or a group of people.
The feature will be the partner of the fertility data, someone who is undergoing physical therapy, or simply an elderly person who wants to share their heart-related data with their family.
Additionally, with the user’s permission, the Health app can keep the track of valuable information, helping bridge the gap of what a person will experience between the clinic appointments.
The Health app will now add the trend analysis for the 20 types of data– ranging from resting heart rate to sleep to cardio fitness– so users can easily see how a given metric is starting to progressing and help the users in maintaining a personal wellness record.
The company said that “ Trends will proactively highlight the important changes, and surface the information in a way which is easy to understand.”
