The The Ad Club has announced the appointment of Josy Paul, Minakshi Achan, and Mayur Hola as Jury Chairs for the ABBY Awards 2026 Powered by The One Club for Creativity | The One Show, strengthening the leadership line-up for one of India’s most prominent advertising honours.
According to a press release, Josy Paul will chair the Sustainable Development Goals category, Minakshi Achan will lead Branded Content and Entertainment, while Mayur Hola will head the Brand Experience and Activation category. The appointments reflect a mix of creative, strategic, and brand-building expertise across industries.
Josy Paul, Chairperson and CCO at BBDO India, is widely regarded as one of India’s most influential creative leaders. Known for his philosophy of “Create acts, not ads,” he has led campaigns such as Ariel’s Share The Load and Whisper’s Touch The Pickle, which have sparked global conversations around equality and social change. His work has earned top honours at international platforms including Cannes Lions and D&AD, reinforcing his reputation for blending creativity with cultural impact.
Minakshi Achan, Head of Brand at JioStar, brings close to three decades of experience across advertising, media, and fashion. At JioStar, she leads marketing and creative mandates across the network’s entertainment and sports businesses, including JioHotstar. Her career has seen leadership roles at agencies such as Rediffusion Y&R and within the fashion industry, shaping campaigns that balance storytelling with brand scale.
Mayur Hola, currently Vice President – Brand at Swiggy, is known for building brands that resonate emotionally with consumers. His career spans advertising, gaming, and brand leadership roles at companies like OYO and Subway India. Known for his sharp, insight-driven approach, Hola has consistently focused on creating work that connects with audiences in a real and meaningful way.
The ABBY Awards 2026 Powered by The One Club | The One Show will be held during Goafest 2026 from May 20 to 22 at Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon. With an expanded jury leadership panel, the awards are set to spotlight creativity that not only delivers business impact but also reflects evolving cultural and consumer narratives.
