News18 Network is set to launch its dedicated regional channel, News18 Delhi NCR, at the inaugural Rising Delhi Conclave on April 14 in the national capital, marking a significant push into hyper-local news coverage.
According to a Network18 press release, the channel will be officially launched by Rekha Gupta in the presence of policymakers, industry leaders, and key stakeholders. The initiative reflects the network’s focus on strengthening its regional footprint and delivering content tailored to the Delhi-NCR audience.
The Rising Delhi Conclave is designed as a platform for dialogue on issues shaping the future of the region, with discussions spanning civic infrastructure, governance, urban development, environment, and culture. The event brings together diverse voices to deliberate on the capital’s evolving growth trajectory.
The conclave will begin with a welcome performance by Shibani Kashyap and Sudhir Yaduvanshi, followed by sessions featuring a wide range of political and administrative leaders. Among those expected to participate are Parvesh Sahib Singh, Manjinder Singh Sirsa, Kapil Mishra, Pankaj Kumar Singh, Atishi Marlena, Ajay Maken, Manoj Tiwari, and Satish Golcha.
With the launch of News18 Delhi NCR, the network aims to deepen its engagement with viewers by focusing on local issues and providing more targeted, impactful journalism. The move is expected to enhance coverage of region-specific developments while strengthening the network’s connection with its audience base.
The conclave will be telecast live on News18 Delhi NCR and its YouTube channel from 1pm onwards, offering viewers an opportunity to follow discussions that could shape the future of Delhi-NCR.
