The OTT streaming platform, Amazon Prime, released the teaser of Vidya Balan starrer ‘Sherni’. Directed by Amit Masurkar and written by Aastha Tiku.

In the film, Vidya portraying the role of an IFS (Indian Forest Service) officer.

Amazon Prime drops the teaser today where the forest landscape will shot the Balan’s expressions and her intensity towards her role.

However, the plot is being under wraps which can easily glean another strong role for the actress. As Vidya has been for years who plays the complicated role with her perfectionist ways.

Sherni also starters, Vijay Raaz, Neeraj Kabi, Ila Arun, Sharat Saxena, Brijendra Kala in pivotal roles.

The official logline of the film is, “An upright Forest Officer who strives for balance in a world of man-animal conflict while she also seeks her true calling in a hostile environment.”

The official trailer of the film will be released on June 2.
