PVRINOX Pictures has announced that its upcoming crime thriller ‘Tuner’ will hit theatres across India on May 29. The film is directed by Daniel Roher and marks another addition to the studio’s growing slate of international titles for Indian audiences.
The film stars Leo Woodall, best known for his role in ‘The White Lotus’, in the lead. In ‘Tuner’, Woodall plays a gifted young piano tuner whose extraordinary sense of hearing becomes both his strength and his vulnerability, PTI reported.
The story takes a darker turn as his rare ability draws the attention of criminals, who see his talent as a tool for executing high-stakes heists. His skills, which allow him to fine-tune instruments with precision, are repurposed in the criminal underworld to crack safes and navigate complex operations, setting the stage for a tense and gripping narrative.
Positioned as a crime thriller with a unique premise, ‘Tuner’ blends elements of suspense, character depth and psychological tension. With its unconventional protagonist and high-stakes plot, the film is expected to appeal to audiences looking for a fresh take on the genre.
With the May 29 release, PVRINOX Pictures continues to strengthen its focus on bringing diverse global content to Indian cinemas, expanding choices for moviegoers beyond mainstream offerings.
