Times Now Navbharat, the Hindi news channel of Times Network, is set to host its flagship on-ground leadership conclave ‘Viksit Bharat – Samriddh Uttar Pradesh’ on February 17, 2026, at Taj Lucknow.
The event will bring together top political leaders, policymakers, industry stakeholders and opinion leaders to deliberate on Uttar Pradesh’s growth trajectory and its role in India’s broader development roadmap, stated in a press release.
The Chief Guest, Yogi Adityanath, Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, will deliver the keynote address on the theme ‘Sankalp se Samriddhi’, outlining the government’s long-term vision, governance priorities and roadmap towards building a developed and prosperous state. The conclave aims to provide a platform for discussions on governance reforms, policy direction and economic progress in Uttar Pradesh.
The event will feature focused thematic sessions led by senior ministers of the Uttar Pradesh government, including Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak, Jal Shakti Minister Swatantra Dev Singh, Tourism Minister Jaiveer Singh and Kapil Dev Aggarwal from the Vocational Education and Skill Development Department, among others. These sessions will explore sector-specific initiatives and highlight development efforts across infrastructure, tourism, water management and skill development.
Aligned with the national vision of ‘Viksit Bharat @2047’, the conclave seeks to outline a concrete action plan for the state’s long-term growth while emphasising good governance, inclusive development and public welfare. The discussions are expected to focus on Uttar Pradesh’s steady progress towards becoming a strong, self-reliant and prosperous state, with an ambition of building a USD 1 trillion economy.
A high-impact panel discussion featuring senior political leaders will also form part of the event. The conclave aims to showcase governance stability, policy continuity, sectoral growth and people-centric initiatives that are shaping Uttar Pradesh’s development journey.
The event is being organised with the Government of Uttar Pradesh as the State Partner, co-powered by Goldiee Group, with Rungta Steel and Denver as Associate Sponsors.
