International DJ-producer and Ibiza favourite, Francis Mercier, has touched down in Mumbai ahead of his highly anticipated Sunburn Arena performance today.
Known for his electrifying Afro-house beats, Mercier is taking the time to explore the city, blending the rhythms of South Mumbai with his global sound.
According to a Sunburn press release, Mercier’s Mumbai experience has been nothing short of immersive. From marveling at the architectural splendor of Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (CST) to strolling along the bustling Colaba Causeway, the DJ soaked in the heritage and energy of the city. Embracing local life, he was even spotted hopping into a kaali-peeli taxi, connecting with Mumbai’s everyday pulse before heading to his soundcheck.
Photographs from the visit capture Mercier pausing at seaside and heritage landmarks, reflecting a harmony between the city’s old-world charm and the artist’s Afro-house signature. Fans can expect this blend of culture and music to translate into a night of electrifying performances at Sunburn Arena.
