ABP Live, the digital arm of ABP Network, has announced a strategic partnership with Maruti Suzuki, India’s largest automobile manufacturer, to bring live news, podcasts, and multilingual infotainment directly to car dashboards. The collaboration is being hailed as a landmark moment in the evolution of connected driving in India.
According to a press release, ABP Live becomes the first Indian digital news publisher to be natively integrated into Maruti Suzuki’s in-car infotainment system, giving millions of drivers and passengers across the country seamless access to trusted journalism on the move. The service will be made available through Maruti Connect, the company’s proprietary operating system, starting later this year or early 2026.
The offering will include 24×7 live streaming of ABP News (Hindi), ABP Majha (Marathi), and ABP Ananda (Bengali), along with a curated selection of podcasts covering news, culture, and lifestyle. With content tailored for multilingual and localised audiences, the platform aims to serve India’s vast and diverse user base.
Highlighting the scale of the opportunity, ABP Network noted that more than 25 million Maruti Suzuki vehicles are already on Indian roads, making the collaboration a game-changer for how drivers access real-time information. The move also strengthens ABP’s positioning as a pioneer in digital news innovation and consumer-first storytelling.
Sumanta Datta, CEO of ABP Network, said, “Our collaboration is about much more than just delivering content; it’s about creating convenience, credibility, and connection for our users. Whether Maruti drivers are facing city congestion or cruising down the highway, ABP Live ensures that trusted news and engaging audio experiences are always accessible. We are proud to lead this transformation and look forward to enriching the journeys of millions of proud Maruti owners across the globe.”
With this partnership, ABP Live and Maruti Suzuki are not only redefining infotainment but also setting the stage for the future of connected mobility in India, where credible journalism and entertainment travel alongside every journey.
