Actor Nushrratt Bharuccha has announced her next project, ‘Ufff Yeh Siyapaa’, a comedy drama backed by filmmaker Luv Ranjan.

The film will see Bharuccha reunite with Ranjan, with whom she has previously collaborated on multiple hits including ‘Pyaar Ka Punchnama’ and ‘Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety’. The actor shared the update on social media, generating buzz among fans who have long associated her with Ranjan’s brand of quirky rom-coms.

Produced under Luv Films, ‘Ufff Yeh Siyapaa’ is expected to explore the lighter side of modern-day relationships, blending Ranjan’s trademark humor with situational drama. The makers are yet to reveal details of the cast, crew, and release schedule.

Bharuccha, who was last seen in ‘Chhorii 2’, said she is excited to revisit the genre that gave her some of her most memorable performances. Industry watchers note that the project is strategically timed as Hindi cinema seeks to revive the rom-com space, which has been gaining traction again with younger audiences.

The film will mark another addition to Luv Ranjan’s expanding slate, following the commercial success of ‘Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar’ (2023).
