Navabharat, Maharashtra’s leading Hindi daily, along with its Marathi counterpart Navarashtra, has announced the 3rd edition of its flagship initiative, Maharashtra 1st Conclave 2025. The event is scheduled to take place on 23rd August 2025 at Hotel Taj President, Mumbai, and will see the participation of the state’s most influential leaders, where vision meets actionable strategies.
The conclave will be graced by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, alongside cabinet ministers, senior bureaucrats, and industry leaders. This year’s theme, “MMR @ $1.5 Trillion Economy”, will highlight the roadmap to positioning the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) as a global economic hub.
Discussions will cover a broad spectrum of sectors including infrastructure, industry, agriculture, healthcare, education, coastal development, FDI, and emerging industries like electronics and automobiles. The conclave aims to serve as a collaborative platform where policymakers, businesses, and stakeholders align strategies to accelerate Maharashtra’s growth trajectory.
To enhance citizen participation, Navabharat has launched ‘Sawal Maharashtra Ka’, a first-of-its-kind initiative empowering citizens to directly engage with policymakers. The campaign, run across multiple platforms for 10 days, received 56,014 entries, underscoring the deep public interest in shaping Maharashtra’s developmental vision. Selected participants will have the opportunity to present their questions live on stage during the conclave, making it an inclusive dialogue between governance and the people.
Reflecting on earlier editions, Fadnavis had noted, “Navabharat’s power-packed conclave is not just an event, but a significant platform for building a brighter future for Maharashtra.” That sentiment continues to echo as the 2025 edition prepares to convene the state’s most dynamic voices.
With its strong mix of leadership, citizen connect, and forward-looking discussions, the Maharashtra 1st Conclave 2025 is set to be a landmark event in charting the state’s journey towards becoming a global economic powerhouse.
