Havas Media India, the media agency of Havas Media Network India, has named Sonal Jadhav as Managing Partner–West to lead operations across the fast-growing western markets. She will be based in Mumbai and report to Uday Mohan, COO, Havas Media & Havas Play India, while working closely with the network’s leadership team.
According to an Economic Times report, Jadhav brings nearly two decades of media industry experience with expertise in business and communication planning, digital transformation, and strategic media solutions across both traditional and emerging platforms. She moves to Havas Media India from Mindshare, GroupM, where she served as Principal Partner, Client Leadership, steering a high-value portfolio that included SBI Life, Byju’s, Schneider Electric, and Lauritz Knudsen.
Her professional journey also includes leadership stints at Wavemaker, where she managed the ITC Personal Care business, and at Mindshare Fulcrum, where she headed the Unilever skincare mandate. Earlier, she worked with brands such as Kellogg’s, ICICI, and Rio Tinto, gaining a strong consumer-focused perspective across FMCG, retail, finance, and lifestyle sectors.
