The much-anticipated Hindi film starring Harshvardhan Rane and Sonam Bajwa, previously known as Deewaniyat, has officially been retitled ‘Deewane Ki Deewaniyat’. This change accompanies a significant shift in the film’s production, as the project moves from Vikir Films to the rapidly rising Play DMF, led by Anshul Garg.
According to IANS, the fresh production house brought a new creative vision, prompting the decision to adopt a title that better captures the film’s emotional depth and narrative evolution. ‘Deewane Ki Deewaniyat’ is described as a passionate love saga filled with madness, intensity, and romantic obsession, reflecting a more personal and dramatic tone than initially envisioned.
As the title change symbolizes a fresh beginning for the film under new leadership. With principal photography already underway, fans eagerly await the release of the first poster and trailer showcasing the updated title and refined storyline.
Harshvardhan Rane, who has publicly shared his enthusiasm about the film’s emotionally charged script, called it “his strongest written script till date” on social media. Despite juggling his Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Psychology and his acting commitments, he continues to dedicate himself to both, sharing glimpses of his study sessions alongside film shoots.
The evolving narrative and production changes have only increased anticipation around ‘Deewane Ki Deewaniyat’, promising audiences a gripping romantic drama that delves into the complexities of love and obsession.
