In a move set to bolster its regional content offerings, Shemaroo Entertainment, a leading player in the Indian media and entertainment industry, has appointed Suryadeep Basiya as the Head of the Gujarati category.
The announcement comes as the company continues to expand its content portfolio and enhance its presence in the regional entertainment landscape.
Having previously worked at CineMan Productions and Zibanka Media Services, Basiya’s experience is well-grounded in the industry.
Effective immediately, Basiya’s role will see him reporting to Arpit Mankar, the Head of the non-Bollywood category at Shemaroo Entertainment.
