Elon Musk, the owner of Twitter, has suggested that the platform’s “cumulative user-seconds per day of phone screen time” could reach an all-time high this week.
His comment came in response to a tweet from Twitter CEO Linda Yaccarino, who celebrated the platform’s recent surge in usage. Meanwhile, IT service management company Cloudflare’s CEO, Matthew Prince, shared a graph revealing Twitter’s declining domain name system ranking, IANS reported.
This news comes after Meta, the parent company of Facebook, launched its Twitter competitor called ‘Threads’, which has already gained significant traction with 100 million sign-ups in just five days. With its growing popularity and active user base, Twitter continues to hold a unique position in the social media landscape.
