Bhuvan Arora, who rose to prominence after appearing in the crime thriller series ‘Farzi’, will appear in director Kabir Khan’s upcoming film.
The currently untitled film, produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, is based on a true story and stars Kartik Aryan, PTI reported from Mumbai.
Arora expressed excitement about working with the director, best known for ‘Ek Tha Tiger’, ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’, and ‘83’.
“I am very excited and pleased to be working with Kabir sir.” I’ve always admired his films and the stories he chooses to tell.
“This, too, is a difficult film that necessitates extensive preparation.” With a larger-than-life canvas, the film is based on a true story. “I’ll also be seen in a new role that I’ve never played before,” said the actor in a statement.
Prior to Prime Video’s ‘Farzi’, Arora featured in supporting characters in films such as ‘Shuddh Desi Romance’ and ‘Naam Shabana’.
