Vignesh Narayanan has joined JioAd as VP-Business Head, Media.

Narayanan, a seasoned ad tech specialist with over 17 years of experience in leadership roles across several domains such as ad tech, e-commerce, and banking, just resigned from his position at Airtel Ads, according to his LinkedIn profile.

“I’m excited to share that I am joining JioAds as VP-Business Head, Media,” Narayanan wrote in a post, adding, “I am excited to collaborate with Gulshan Verma and the Jio Ads team to scale Jio Ads and build the next billion-dollar business in the Jio family.”

Vignesh began his career in banking sales before transitioning to e-commerce, where he held senior positions across global behemoths in India and Southeast Asia.

He has proved his competence and leadership qualities throughout his career, making him a significant contributor to the ad tech business.

At Airtel, Vignesh was the CEO of Airtel Ads.
