Paytm Ads’ Aditya Swaminathan has been promoted to Vice President – Strategy, Partnerships, and Marketing.
He was previously the Associate Vice President – of COE, Marketing, and Partnerships.
He announced his promotion in a Linkedin post.
“I am incredibly proud and honoured to share that I have been promoted to Vice-President at Paytm Ads. This past year has been filled with challenges, but it’s also been a reflection of the hard work, commitment, and resilience. I am grateful for the support of my amazing team, mentors, and colleagues who have stood by me every step of the way,” Swaminathan stated.
“This promotion is a testament to the collective effort and determination of our COE team at Paytm Ads. I am also very thankful of the constant guidance, support and recognition given to me by our leaders Sameer Kapoor, Praveen Sharma,” he added.
Swaminathan has worked for Paytm Ads for more than three years. He joined the company as General Manager in 2019 and was promoted to Associate Vice President – Business Development and Sales in 2021. He was promoted to Associate Vice-President – COE, Marketing, and Partnerships in 2022.
Swaminathan has worked in various capacities at MMA APAC, Flipkart, and Affle over the course of his 13-year career.
