Instagram has unveiled two new tools- Reminder ads and Search Result ads – for advertisers that are geared at enhancing discoverability and building meaningful relationships.
Advertisers throughout the world can now use Reminder Ads on Instagram, but the second ad style, Ads in Search Results, is currently in testing and will be deployed globally in the coming months.
According to Instagram’s blog post that announces the arrival of the two new ad formats on Instagram, “People come to Instagram to discover new brands, products or upcoming events.
Reminder ads and ads in search results are two new ad products we’re introducing today to give businesses more ways to be discovered and form meaningful connections.”
Furthermore, the blog article says that Instagram has teamed with companies like as Starz to test a new ad style that makes it easier for businesses to advertise, remind, and tell consumers about future events or launches in which they may be interested.
Furthermore, it announces that the Reminder ads format has been rolled out globally to all advertisers as a feed option, with the goal of assisting advertisers in building awareness, anticipation, and consideration for upcoming moments.
“People can sign up for convenient reminders and receive three notifications from Instagram one day before, 15 minutes before, and during the event,” according to the blog post.
