The Entertainment Content Owners Association of India (ECOA) has appointed Hiren Gada, chief executive officer of Shemaroo Entertainment as its new president.
The appointment was announced at the 58th Annual General meeting of ECOA.
The other office bearers of the association who were onboarded include RK Duggal as vice president, Ashok Jain as secretary, and Narendra Hirawat as treasurer, Economic Times reported.
On the appointment of the president, Gada said, “It’s an honor to be elected as the president of this prestigious association that has been safeguarding the interests of the entertainment content owners of India. I am grateful to all my colleagues and members of the ECOA for entrusting me with this responsibility.”
