Shemaroo Entertainment has announced the elevation of Amit Haria as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Prior to this, Haria was Vice President – Accounts and Finance, and a key member of the executive leadership team at the company.
In his new role, he will be leading the financial and business affairs of the company, Economic Times reported.
Having expertise in financial management and strategic planning, Haria has been associated with Shemaroo for almost 15 years.
He was instrumental in steering the company’s Initial Public Officer (IPO) successfully in 2014.
Haria has experience of over 22 years in the field of finance and accounts. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants, and a commerce graduate from the University of Mumbai.
